Technical instructions:
- The poster must be a maximum of 1 meter wide X 2 meter high (portrait orientation).
- There will be numbered tags to indicate where you need to mount your poster.
- Pins for mounting your poster will be provided.
Two "Molecular Physics" poster prizes will be awarded to the best posters presented by PhD students or early career investigators (PhD plus 8 years). The chair of the Poster Prize Committee is Prof. Gilberte Chambaud (the members will remain anonymous).
We would like to offer help with printing your poster (note that you will be charged for this service). If you decided to print the poster locally and use our help, you should copy your .pdf or .pptx file onto a stick, leave the stick at the conference reception desk upon your arrival or at least 24 hours before the poster session, and collect your poster before the poster session to set it up.
