Four files.

HybridEnergyLevels.txt
contains the hybrid energy levels in the format 
quantum numbers, (state v J N)
energy level in cm-1, 
error in  cm-1,
label: M = MARVEL or H = effective Hamiltonian


MARVEL_transitions.txt
contains a single file (input for MARVEL) transitions.txt
giving all the transition data uses in the format
transition wavenumber in cm-1 (deleted lines have negative frequency)
uncertainity in cm-1,
quantum numbers (upper state, lower state, see EnergyLevels)
tag.linenumber

PartitionFunctions.txt
contains values of the partition function, its first, and second moment at 1 K increments in the format
temperature in K
partition function (Q) with corresponding uncertainty in parenthesis
first moment (Q') with corresponding uncertainty in parenthesis
second moment (Q") with corresponding uncertainty in parenthesis
 
ThermochemicalFunctions.txt
contains values of the heat capacity, the enthalpy and entropy at 1 K increments in the format
temperature in K
heat capacity  in J / mol K (Cp) with corresponding uncertainty in parenthesis
Cp / R
enthalpy in J / mol (H) with corresponding uncertainty in parenthesis
H / R
entropy in J / mol K (S) with corresponding uncertainty in parenthesis
